Cuando pones como opcion terapia de familia, quiere decir que incluiras a otras personas y no solo a ti, por experiencia propia, creo que cuando uno decide ir a terapia primero lo debe de hacer por si sola para poder aclarar las cosas y posteriormente considerar incluir a otros.
